Had to cancel this trip. We’ll reschedule for later in the year with better planning. I have been watching the water release schedules and they have not been favorable for wading or floating. I think they will be better later in year. Regards, Jack Randall.

Is there a bit more info on the trip. I have never been down there. Tailwaters situation? Wade or kayak?
Thanks
Don B.
There’s more info in the multi day trip presentation that you can find here:

Thanks Randy.
The presentation doesn’t really cover “wading” vs “kayak/raft”. I found some info on Derby City fishers site showing the Obey River Tailwater is roughly a 7 mile stretch with limited wading. Does anyone have a line for shuttle services down there?

Sorry folks! I will get more info out here by tomorrow night. I plan on driving down early Friday morning and leaving mid-day Sunday to head home. Also the Cumberland tailgaters are one hour away on the way home.
