Fly Fishers International (FFI) hired Patrick H. Berry as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2019, the first full time executive officer in FFI’s 60 year history. Berry has served in numerous fundraising and leadership roles during his 29-year career and is recognized as both a visionary conservationist and highly effective operations manager. As the former Commissioner of the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department Berry managed 130 full time employees and a budget of $20 million. He increased department revenues by almost $6 million in private contributions, general fund support, and capital appropriations.
