Streamside Safety, First Aid and Basic Fitness Exercises

Anyone have shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee ankle, foot or other issue that might affect their fly fishing ability? Anyone ever fallen while wading? Then this program may just prevent an injury, improve your performance and even save your life.
Deloris J. Cummings has a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana in Missoula. Her physical therapy career includes care of both inpatients and outpatients and a long tenure as a faculty member in a physical therapist assistant program.
She has been fly fishing for over 25 years and enjoys fishing, tying flies, rod building and introducing others to the sport. She is the Retreat Leader and head fly fishing instructor for Casting for Recovery/Kentucky-Southern Indiana, having worked with this organization for over 20 years.
Her favorite fishing destination is Hellroaring Creek in Yellowstone National Park.
