We have rented Pavilion #1 at AJ Jolly Park for this event. This is located on the north side of the lake and on the right-hand side of Race Track Road as you head south. There will be NKFF signs pointing to our location. Parking will be available and marked. This area is basically a peninsula and will have restricted access to Banquet attendees. There are restrooms located close to the Pavilion, and we will have a tent set up as well.
The Pavilion contains several picnic tables, and we will have additional tables set up. There are a lot of things top do at the park if you wish to come before the Banquet formally starts at 12:00 noon. We have rented the area from 9:00am-9:00pm and will hold formal Banquet activities from 12:00pm5:00pm. People will be able to arrive early and stay late if they wish to do so. The lake provides excellent fishing, and we will have planned activities throughout the day, including contests, educational discussions, fly tying, casting, and gear demonstrations.
There is a boat ramp available, and you may bring your kayak if you wish. There are kayaks available for rent at the park as well, on a first come basis. We anticipate providing boat ramp access without a charge for anyone attending. When registering online, please indicate whether you will want to rent a kayak or plan to bring one so we can plan accordingly.
The cost of the Banquet this year is $25.00 per adult, $10.00 per child under 12, and includes dinner, water, and soft drinks. Tickets may be purchased online on our website (nkff.org), in advance with a check, or at the door (cash or card). You must register on our website for the event, so we have an accurate head count for supplies and activities.
The FIRST 25 Paid Registrants will receive an $8 special prize with their ticket package!
